WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE Mo. -- A Bell Contracting INC. employee slowly makes his way past several aircraft hangers spraying a pressure washer in the grooves of the concrete slabs that make up WhitemanÕs flight line ensuring any old silicon and foam has been thoroughly removed before placing new silicone and foam April 26, 2011. BCI contractors are repairing large portions of WhitemanÕs flight line over the next several weeks in order to keep it in top condition for flight operations.
